Is this service right for me?

THIS SERVICE IS NOT FOR THOSE WITH THE FOLLOWING:
• Pregnant or nursing
• History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring
• Diabetic (The brows would be an open wound for 10 days)
• Chemotherapy
• Viral infections and/or diseases
• Epilepsy
• Pacemaker or major heart problems
• Organ transplant
• Skin irritations, Seborrheic dermatitis, Severe Acne or Psoriasis (Large pores will not allow for pigment retention)
• Heart conditions, Uncontrolled Hypertension ( High Blood Pressure)
• Sick (cold, flu, COVID) within 10 days prior to appointment
• Accutane, Retinol, Retin-A, in the past 2 months
• Those who have been prescribe antibiotics within 2 weeks of appointment time
• Glycolic Acid (Chemical Peel) within 30 days
• Had Botox in the past 2 months
• Those who have been prescribe medications for daily use.

What is the refund policy?

Eye Catcher Brow Studio has a no refund policy as it specifically relates to your initial booking deposit. Deposits can be applied toward a rescheduled appointment within a 2 month time period, in additions to your new deposit to reserve the date and time of your rescheduled booking. There are NO REFUNDS on any services rendered by Eye Catcher Studio Artists.

What are the payment options?

You must pay a deposit to secure your booking. Without a deposit, you have no booking. Your remaining balance will be due prior to the start of your appointment in the form of Cash, Zelle, Cash App and Venmo. No exceptions.

What happens if I am late for my appointment?

LATE FEES: If you are late to your appointment you will be charged a penalty of $15.00. If you are or will be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, please note that you forfeit your appointment time as well as your deposit as it is not fair to clients that are scheduled after you to have a delayed start time. You may reschedule for the next available appointment time at your earliest convenience.

Am I able to work while at my appointment?

Simply put, No. Talking should be to a minimum as it allows for the most accurate shape outcome when mapping your brows. Taking work calls also prolongs your appointment and is not fair to other clients that may follow your appointment nor the artist.

Can I eat before my appointment?

Yes, please eat prior to your appointment as well as hydrate as it is helpful to the skin.
